Montgomery Square Welcomes New Tenant
Montgomery Square, a collection of buildings in the 700 block of High Street, will welcome a new commercial tenant in late May. Ntelos, a leading provider of wireless and wireline communications services to consumers and businesses in Virginia and West Virginia, will join Montgomery Grill in this beautifully redeveloped mixed-use historic property. The company's location will include a retail store and offices for their Hampton Roads sales force. In addition, the owners have leased 26 of 29 residential units above the ground floor.

Betty Crummie, Administrative Coordinator, has been with the Portsmouth Department of Economic Development for more than nine years. She is responsible for day-to-day administrative functions of the office; managing the Department’s budget and maintaining the commercial property database are just a few of her responsiblities. Betty also assists with the coordination of seminars, workshops and conferences hosted by the Department.
